3 students from last year walk in, all boys.
"Ms. Baer, are you teaching AP US History next year?"
"Possibly, I need to get trained first, but it could very well happen."
"Awesome. Get trained so that you can teach it next year."
"Ok, I'll do what I can..."
"Cool. We want you as our teacher next year."
5 minutes later...
One of my 11th graders walks in. "Ms. Baer, your class is my favorite class."
And I just about died smiling. Lunchtime rocked today!
Sometimes this job is SO worth it!!!
