Lagoon: the ghetto thing to do.

Ok...It's not totally ghetto.

And in reality I never thought it was as a child.

To me Lagoon was this magical place where I ate soft served ice cream, got wet on Rattlesnake Rapids (or the log ride every blue moon), watched cheesy musical productions with Chrissie, screamed on the Colossus, went round and round on the ferris wheel, and got high on the swings (nothing sketchy intended on that one!)

So almost every year we go. And I love it. Yes, a little white trash. And yes, the rides do not give me the same thrill that they used to. But it's a tradition, even if it's the ghetto thing to do.

Davey peed on Stephen's shirt. Haha.

The oldest and youngest...do we look like sisters?

John and mom
Adam, Olivia, Spencer and Adam's friend.

The siblings plus mom...not great.

Again. Darn kids kept getting in the way.

John, me, Stephen. Sniff sniff...just like old times.

Emma with a dragon.Lagoon from the sky ride
Lizzy and Matty. I feel like this picture could be in a picture frame when you first buy the frame at the store. It's so artsy.

Olivia and Megan. Megan was scared on the Ferris wheel.

Adam and John B. What cuties.
It may be the ghetto thing to do, but it sure brings us together as a family.
